It is proposed in Phase 3 that there will be 403 new apartments ranging from studio, 1 bed, 2 bed, and 2 bed duplexes.
Across the Bailey Gibson, Player Wills and Donore Project (a working title for the LDA & DCC Residential Project on the former St. Teresa’s Gardens) sites a mixture of new homes are being provided with 60% available for private rental and 40% being delivered as social and cost-rental, affordable homes.
