Welcome to this dedicated project website showcasing plans for the proposed redevelopment of the former Bailey Gibson and Player Wills sites.

Our vision for the Bailey Gibson and Player Wills site is to establish a vibrant and sustainable neighbourhood, which will encourage and support active and healthy lifestyles and add significantly to the economic and cultural well-being of the surrounding community.

By incorporating new homes, retail, cultural spaces, as well as sports and leisure facilities and public open spaces our aim is to create a new residential quarter that celebrates local history and supports sustainable and modern living while also supporting local enterprise creation and community development.
